01 — Overview
Property work that keeps the whole deal in view
A building is rarely just a building. It is a lease that has to hold for ten years, a loan with covenants, a zoning envelope and a neighbour with opinions. Our real estate team reads each of those together, so advice on one never creates a problem in another.
Daniel Reyes leads the group from New York, with Natalia Ruiz running day-to-day transaction work. We act on acquisitions and financings, negotiate commercial leases on both sides of the table, and take landlord–tenant and construction disputes to the Commercial Division when negotiation stalls.

05 — FAQ
Real Estate Law questions, answered plainly
Should a tenant hire a lawyer for a commercial lease?
Yes, and ideally before the letter of intent is signed. Escalations, guarantees and assignment rights are set early, and over the term they often cost more than the headline rent.
Can you act for both landlords and tenants?
How long does a commercial closing take in New York?
What happens if my tenant stops paying rent?
How are real estate matters billed?
