Daniel Reyes founded Juriso in 2004 and leads its real estate and corporate practices from New York. His work covers the full life of a property, from acquisition and financing through leasing, development and the disputes that follow.
Before founding the firm, Daniel spent three years in the real estate group of a large Manhattan firm, closing office and retail acquisitions for institutional investors. He set up Juriso to give owner-managed businesses and private investors the same quality of advice, with a partner on every matter.
His clients include family property companies, retail and hospitality operators, developers and regional lenders. He resolved the $4.2M commercial lease dispute featured in our case results and regularly leads rezoning work before community boards across the five boroughs.
Daniel is admitted in New York and New Jersey. He prepares every dispute for trial and settles most of them on terms his clients set.
“The lease you sign in month one is the lease you will be arguing about in year seven.”
Daniel Reyes
