Sarah Klein leads Juriso’s family law practice in New York, with a particular focus on high-asset divorce, contested custody and families whose lives cross borders.
Before joining Juriso in 2009, Sarah spent four years at a Manhattan matrimonial boutique, trying contested custody cases in New York County Supreme Court. She became a partner in 2015 and now leads a team of two associates and a dedicated paralegal.
Her clients include business owners, physicians and executives whose separations involve closely held companies, deferred compensation and property in more than one country. She works alongside forensic accountants and child psychologists so that settlements still hold years later.
Sarah is a trained mediator and collaborative-law practitioner. She resolves most matters outside court, and prepares every one as though it will be tried.
“A good settlement is one both parents can still live with when the children are grown.”
