Elena Morris leads Juriso’s intellectual property practice from London. She advises brand owners, founders and creative businesses on trademarks, copyright and licensing, and on enforcement when those rights are copied.
Elena trained at a London IP firm, where she ran trademark portfolios for consumer brands across Europe. She joined Juriso in 2014 to open the firm’s London IP practice and became Counsel in 2019.
Her recent matters include a preliminary injunction obtained within six weeks against a near-identical retail mark, and an audit-led royalty claim that recovered $2.6M for a SaaS founder. She works closely with the New York office on US filings and disputes.
Elena is a solicitor of England and Wales and is admitted in New York. She believes good IP work should be visible in the business plan, not only in the register.
